Damon huffed, lips curling as he spotted the guard before the door closed. He turned around and held his wrists out for her, sniffling, body tense. "Lemme go..." He begged brokenly.

Koty inched closer, trying hard not to touch him as she went for the cuffs. Her heart was racing as she undid one hand. She undid the other and backed up a few steps. "Are you okay now?" Dakota asked, offering a small smile. "What happened?"

Damon rubbed at his wrists, turning to gaze down at her. "I-...they took Lillian," He cried angrily, beginning to pace uneasily now that the only thing that actually showed him affection was gone. He looked ready to freak.

"Okay, I'll go try and get her back.." She answered, figured she could use the excuse of how calm he was with her. Koty walked back out of the room and wondered down the hall to the little office they had. "You know the kitten taken from Damon's room...?" She started off, looking at the two or three guards just sitting around doing nothing. "I need her back. He's much calmer when he has her. Soo, can I have her?"

Damon drew in a quick breath, began to pound on the door again angrily, back to his pointless, agitated screaming.
The guards looked up, shrugging, and eyed the kitten sitting in the crate. "He didn't earn the rights of having a live animal in there. Go ask the boss."

Dakota rolled her eyes, huffing as she left the room. It was a good thing she was in shape, or all this walking might have killed her. She was never really fond of going to the boss, especially when it involved breaking a rule. Knocking on the door, she entered quietly and mumbled a hi before stepping further into the room. "Um, can Damon have his kitten back? I know he wasn't suppose to have it.. but he's freaking out right now because they took her."

The man looked up, an eyebrow perking. "He choked the guard that was posted, and shouldn't have had it in there in the first place. If you're sure it'll calm him down, then go ahead. But you'll have to supply it with proper care if he can't."

"Alright, thank you." She managed a smile before leaving the room and begining her journey back to the office to retrieve the kitten. Her hands were shoved into her pocket as she walked through the building, her eyes jumping from one person to another as she passed them. She barged into the office and grabbed the create, sticking her tongue out at the guards before heading to Damon's room.

Peeking in through the window, she made sure he wasn't near the door before she went in. "Look, I got her back." Koty said as she closed the door and walked to the middle of the floor before sitting the create down. She opened it up and pulled the little kitten out, scratching Lillian behind her ear. "You can keep here, so they shouldn't be taking her away from you anymore."

Damon looked over his shoulder at her and froze. He turned and slowly moved towards her, reaching to pet Lillian. And then something he had probably never done in his life to another human being, he hugged Dakota. He petted the kitten fondly, relaxing when she began to purr.

Her body tesned at the hug, but a smile pulled at her lips. "Why did you choke the guard?" Koty asked, watching him pet Lillian. Pushing her bangs back, she sighed and walked over to her guitar case. "I brought my guitar.. you wanna play?" Her eyes wondered back over to him before she bent down and began to open the case, pulling the guitar into her arms.

"He had a taser in his pocket," He mumbled absently, huggig Lillian close. He looked at her as she pulled the guitar out, and smiled faintly as if he had never been throwing a fit, tears drying on his tattooed cheeks. "Yeah.." He murmured.

Koty walked over to the bed and took a seat, looking over at Damon. "They have to carry a taser. You can't just choke them.. especially if you don't want to be cuffed or touched." Her hand patted next the spot next to her. "I'll be able to get Lillian food for lunch, now that they know you have her."

Damon scowled, rubbing at his face. He didn't say anything though, wandering to the bed as she patted it. He sat down next to her, careful not to touch her, and glanced at the guitar, then glanced at her in question. "May I?" He asked politely.

She handed the guitar over and gave him a smile. Her nerves began to boil again, and sche scooted an inch or so away before stretching her hands up into the air, worn out from getting barely any sleep. A yawn followed shortly after, she tried to hide it.

Damin handed her the kitten. "I'm sorry you're tired.." He mumbled. He strummed the guitar a few times and smiled, then carefully picked his chords and began to play the guitar part of Umbrella, a faint smile teasing his lips. He sang softly under his breath, and the way he was acting, nobody could have guessed he was crazy.
