Derek smiled crookedly, revealing his teeth. "Mm..I mean I used to be Satan's bitch huh? Drop everything right then and there to do what he wanted.. I used to blow everyone off, not care that I was alone because I couldn't be hurt, lose even more. And then..you came along. And that changed."

"What's so great about me? I'm not much.. A sixteen year old kid with a kid of his own. He can't read, can barely write, can't see colors, and is allergic to peanut butter. Oh, and his dad's the god of the sea." He shrugged, reaching up to gently touch his bottom lip. He leaned up, pressing a soft kiss to his lips.

Derek smirked. "Better than I got. But he forgot something else. He makes me smile. He gives me reason to laugh." He met the kiss tender and slow, fingers finding the back of his neck.

Ace leaned closer, slowly running his fingers over Derek's chest. He opened his mouth, kissing him a little deeper, his heart pounding in his chest. He slowly reached up, cupping his cheek softly.

Derek parted his lips slowly, not wishing to startle him. He let Ace lead, his hands hugging him close, but gentle enough that he wasn't forcing him into anything. Eyes reflected that unseen smile though before they closed.

Ace slowly ran his hands up Derek's chest, his tongue running gently over his teeth. Something about them was more attractive than they should have been. He slipped the tips of his fingers into Derek's shirt, moving closer to him.

Derek supported his weight gently as he moved closer, and leaned back on the couch so Ace was above him. If anything, he hoped it eliminated any fear of dominance. "Mm..." His tongue brushed slowly over Ace's bottom lip.

Ace slowly rubbed the tip of his tongue against Derek's, his hands slipping a little further into his shirt. He'd never been comfortable enough to do this with anyone. Or anything close to this. He kissed him a little deeper, his tongue slowly wandering Derek's mouth.

Derek continued to be careful of what he sis, how he moved. He wanted the hoices to be up to Ace so he wasn't rushed in any way and didn't get scared off. He shifted his weight a bit, a hand resting on the boy's back.

"I can't feel your hand there.." He said quietly, laying his head down on Derek's chest. He drew his knees up around him, slowly running his hand over his side. "You told me you're a monster.. But you've never shown me anything that's even close to being a monster. You just have pointy teeth."

"No?" Derek breathed, moving his hand some. He kissed the side of his head tenderly, lifting a knee to hide his growing predicament. "Mm..being a monster doesn't mean I have to hurt everyone..." He murmured.

"Still can't feel it." He said, arching his back so Derek's hand would slide further down on his back. He listened to him speak, eyes slowly wandering over Derek's face. "But that's what monsters do. Monsters are mean." He said, slowly running his hand over Derek's chest.

Derek moved his hand again as he was told. "Better..?" He listened to him counter his argument, shrugged. "Maybe I'm a different kind of monster. Maybe I'm broken." He smiled at him, leaning up for a gentle kiss.

Ace nodded. "We're both a little broken. Maybe we really need each other." He breathed, meeting the kiss softly. He leaned down, slowly running his hands up and down Derek's sides. He was sure Derek could feel how tight his jeans had gotten since this had started now that he was leaning against him, but he didn't care. He didn't want to stop.

Derek pulled him a little closer. "Maybe we do.." He agreed, kissing his forehead lovingly. He reached up to push Ace's hair back gently, aware of their growing problems, but too afraid of scaring Ace.
