Connor brushed at the trickle of blood under his nose, coughin huskily before he wandered inside. He dropped the drug filled bag gently, more important belongings hidden beneath all of the illegal substances. Things he kept near and dear, like trinkets and letters from his little sister. He touched the flat gold chain he always had in his pocket, grimaced and pressed a hand to his aching gut, stumbling. He groaned as he found himself on hands and knees, drew in careful breaths to keep from passing out again, what with the throb in his head.

Sof began to rub at her eyes as Archie placed her on the ground. He bent over next to Connor, looking him over cautiously. "You okay? Want some help? You can stay in my room.. the beds better than the couch," He smiled half heartedly, watching as Sofie came closer. Her hands reached out for Jascaar, taking him before sitting on the floor next to Connor.

Connor nodded weakly, beyond caring. He had helped him get away. Beginning to cough, he covered his mouth as he tasted blood, stomach cramping painfully. He trembled, didn't want the little girl seeing how suck he really was. He gagged, trying to get up. But instead he just scrambled for the hard floor kitchen, blood spattering the floor.

He grabbed Sofie as Connor went to move. "Sof, go pick a book for me to read you." Archie smiled, trying not to let her know just what was going on behind her. She nodded and wiggled down to the ground. He stepped in front of her, not letting her see the boy in the floor. "Take Jascaar with you, but be careful." Sofie nodded and galloped off to her room.
He slipped his hand into his pocket, it was eight. Just as he was about to put it away, it began to ring. "Hello?" He answered, his father on the other side. "I.. um.. okay, bye." Archie hung up and placed it on the counter before kneeling down on the floor. He picked Connor up like a man picks up his bride before carrying him down the hall and sitting him on the bed. Archer was quite strong. Plus, Connor was even skinnier. "Um, so.. clothes.." Archie mummbled, his hands fumbling through the drawers. He tossed a pair of shorts and a shirt on the bed, his eyes looking Connor over.

Connor held on tightly, terrified of being dropped or tossed. It had happened plenty. He shifted his weight on the bed, wrapping arms around the incave of his stomach as he stared at the floor. He looked the clothes over, then pulled his shirt over his head. The scars were unbelieveable, lacerations covering his entire back, both scabs and scars, to the point where the originally once smooth skin couldn't even be imagined. The tattooed name 'Adam' along the indent over his heart could be seen. Other scars over his stomach and arms, bruises. Every bone visible. He reached for the shirt in shame.

"Looks like you've been to war," He spoke before turning back to the drawers and pulling out another pair of basketball shorts. "Nice tattoo, though." Archie wasn't sure if he was making great conversation, but it was all he had. He just didn't want to make the male upset and run him off.

"F-feels like it.." He mumbled, touched his chest with a shrug at the mention of the tattoo. It wasn't nice when you knew the story behind it. He grew uncomfortable as he pulled his jeans off. Finger bruises were visible up his thin legs, mainly along his thighs and disappearing beneath his boxers. His ankles were scarred with more cuts. He grabbed the shorts on the bed and stood shakily, pulling them on.

He wiped his hand through his hair, starring at the wall. It was an odd tan color with nothing special on it. In fact, there was barely anything in his room. It had been like that since they moved here. The only thing that had changed was the bed. He huffed silently, figuring Connor would have his pants on by now. "I'm gonna go clean up that blood before my Dad gets here.." With that, Archie left. The basketball shorts were thrown across his shoulder as he started down the hall.

Connor rubbed at his aching face, watching him go. He chewed on his lip quietly, pulling out his snakebites and setting them aside where they wouldn't be lost. He worked his jaw, jumped at a pound at the window, nearly had a heart attack. The boy pushed the window open. "Arch- the hell are you?" Connor drew in a breath, glaring.

Archer changed into his shorts quickly before heading to the kitchen to clean the blood. His dad came in not too long after he finished the floor. "What happened?" "Oh, um.. Made a friend, and he's um sick so I said he could stay here.." He answered as he tossed the rag into the laundry room. His dad nodded in response and patted Archer on the back as he walked by. "Don't be loud." His voice was stern, but a smile pulled at his lips.
Archie nodded and walked down the hall to his room. He poked his head in, looking around, before he stepped all the way in. "What's going on?" He asked, but found the problem as his eyes landed on the window. "Of course," Archer's voice drawled, a sly smile across his face.

Jason rose an eyebrow with a smirk and Connor scowled, shrinking back uneasily, no trust in his eyes. "What's wrong pretty boyy?" The guy drawled and Connor's hands fisted. "F-fuck off." He didn't know hom, but already he didn't like him, either.

"Jason, stop it." Archie shook his head, looking over to Connor and then back to Jason. "You gonna climb in or go through the front door like a human being?" Now, he would have to make sure nothing went wrong. Jason was the definition of trouble. He never made anything easy, but Archer did his best to contain him.
Sofie poked her head around the frame of the door. She was also changed into a dress like nightgown that had all the disney princesses on it. "Jason!" She cheered loudly, her body moving up and down as she jumped. Archer's finger quickly went to his mouth, shushing her before walking over and shutting the door. "Don't shush me," But before he could do anything, she was already across the room near Connor's side. "This my new frewnd Connor."

Connor jumped again as Archer's sister came in, huffed. He drew his feet onto the bed, watching her, then a smirking Jason as the guy climbed in the window. "Friend huh?" Jason drawled as he leaned against the wall. "Fuck buddy for Acher?" He obviously wasn't sober, at least not drug wise. He never cussed much in front of Sofie.
Connor's lip curled at that though, uneasy.

Archer shook his head, sweeping his hand through his hair as he looked Jason over. "What'd you get into this time?" He asked, ignoring the other comment. Sofie climbed onto the bed next to Connor. "That my Jason." She smiled happily before snuggling close.
"Not right now he's not," Archer mumbled, and went over to inspect Jason's damage before closing the window. His eyes wondered to Connor, a soft sigh escaping his lips. "If he um.. gets any worse. Will you take her out of here?"

"Uhh, shit." He shrugged, sat down on the floor with a snicker. "Coke. I think."
Connor mentally groaned, not wantig to deal with a druggie other than himself.
Jason rose an eyebrow as Connor scooted towards the wall on the other side of the bed.
"Aw, you 'fraid of me?" The guy complained, eyes glowing, and the look on Connor's face said he was ready to punch him.
"What are you, mute? Entertain mee."
